For the last couple of months my web biz has not been in PCI compliance. A few months ago, I received some correspondence from my merchant acount provider informing me to make sure my web biz is PCI compliant or they would charge me $17/month, or some such.

They indicated I have to visit a website and input my URL to verify it. I did this and realized there were issues. Send them on to my web guy. Some were corrected and some were not.

Basically, as I understand it is that zen cart (the open source program I am using for my biz) has "flaws" that make it impossible for my web guy to correct. Additionally, I hear that there were also some hosting plan "updates" which would help but are not currently available with my hosting plan provider, unless I get my own server.

Anyone else having a similar problem? Any recommendations?
