1. With your blog and ecommerce training, what are some of the most common or critical things you see new entrepreneurs doing wrong that significantly reduce their chance of success and how to overcome them
2. How you do due diligence on new opportunities and use critical thinking in your businesses

I talked about #1 last year, but will be making a blog post about it soon.

What is it about due diligence you have questions on? If there's enough specific questions you/others needed help on I could probably present on that.

You may have covered some of this on your blog already, but I'd be interested I understanding your thought process and research/DD you do when analyzing an opportunity, and the angle/edge you are looking for in the deal.

You mentioned you don't necessarily follow the lean start up MVP process, so how much and what kind of data do you require before you move ahead or kill an idea.

Presenting what value I have to offer, as little as it may be, but if even 1 person can take away anything I'll be glad.

1. Secrets of Human Behavior I learnt from knocking 10,000 doors as a Salesman
2. Lessons that took me from near-death situation to heading a 20 man Sales Force
3. 3 Business models I've learnt from 3 millionaires I've worked for

All feedback welcome, Any feedback is good feedback. Thanks!

Two topic choices I'm open to presenting on:

1. How a good network, and due diligence saved me $700,000

2. My investment strategy no one else is doing because they can't do math

Let me know which one you'd like to hear
