First and foremost: from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU @MJ DeMarco for helping me piece together a genuine equation for wealth that has completely changed my view on the world, and where I see myself going.
I wanted to have a grander introduction, maybe talk about a business venture I'm doing that's doing six figures a year, maybe give some value back to the amazing people that have given it to me on this forum... and yet here I am with a humble introduction and - to tell the truth - I'm in need of some advice.
Quick backstory: I'm 19 years old, from London, spent a large part of my life wanting to be an actor but lost the passion for it very swiftly over the last 2 years during the hustle and grind of trying to get into a drama school. During that time I was beginning to take a huge interest in business and entrepreneurship, and lo and behold I stumbled upon TMF , and immedietely after raced to read Unscripted .
I've been lurking here and there on this forum, read some great posts by people like @Lex DeVille & @Envision to name a few (thank you so much!).
So, here's where I'm at now, and what my plan is:
I made the decision of not going to university, and intend to grab a 9 - 5 job in order to really light a fire under my a$$, and live in the heart of the 'script' so I can really understand why it's important for me to break out of it.
Outside of these 9 - 5 hours I aim to find some sort of side-hustle business and hopefully build that up to a point where I no longer need that 9-5. Right now I'm far too comfortable in my house living with my parents and I feel as though I need to really see what is in store for me if I fk around in my twenties and don't try to create someting increcible for myself.
So that's my question to you guys: although no-one could really know what the future holds, what career path do you think would be the best for someone who is also interested in entrepreneurship (i.e a career that develops entreprenurial skills as well)?
