Hello everyone, my name is shrinky finky and I just joined the fastlane forum.
I have a bunch of equipment collecting dust in my shed and I've been thinking that I should rent the equipment out.
I live in a gated community, so I think I should start by just posting an ad in our notice board.
Right now I've got a chainsaw, a bushwacker, a massive air compressor, a grass trimmer, and a 75' auto feed auger.
Most people only use these things about once a month, even years for the auger, and I think it would be a good idea to save my neighbors some money
because places like home depot charge too much for their stuff. In fact, it would be cheaper to just buy the equipment in the long run, and you'd have made made back
all your money in a matter of months.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I should proceed.
