How can somebody with no income no formal education but with cash in the high 5 figures secure financing ?

I have a large interest in finance/investment but little interest in the product creation side of entrepreneurship.

I worked for a couple of years in odd jobs and became a great at trading futures and and currencies.

Is it possible to secure financing to buy cash flow positive businesses/apartment complexes with no income and using the new asset as collateral ? and pay off the loan with the positive cash flow.

I would love to hear from real estate guys who have done large deals in real estate or a series of mergers and acquisitions.

Thank You

There's asset based lending where a bank or lender will lend money against whatever financial assets you have, i.e. bonds, stocks, etc.

I went to grad school with a guy who started his own asset based lending company.

From what I remember, I believe they lend up to 65% of the value of the asset but don't quote me on that. You will have to contact one and have a conversation.
