I'm going ahead and developing my website idea. I know i have to have the website developer sign something so I can trust my idea with him, the creater faxed me a non-disclosure agreement which I will send to my lawyer to look over and if it works out ill sign it, he will sign it and move foward. My question is there anything I shoukd be watching out for with a developer,maybe any experiences any of you have had with this? Once signed can I feel confident in going over the full details of my web site idea with the him? Thank you for your advice and time.
