Hello everyone,
Hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend.
For a while I thought I was on a "faster" lane to freedom but after reading Millionaire Fastlane , and now finishing The Great Rat Race Escape , not only I was proven wrong but these books have inspired me and given me the motivation I really needed. For a long time I was climbing the corporate ladder thinking that that was going to give me the freedom I wanted.
I always thought there was something wrong with the system; seeing how one can become a slave to it, a literal zombie; I had so many internal battles not wanting to accept such faith.
I am glad for finding this forum (thank you MJ); all of your stories have also contributed to me finally taking charge of my life. Thank you.
A better life lies ahead for my family and myself... And this is the beginning of that journey.
