Hello fastlaners!
I'm (almost) 19 years old guy from Poland. For the last two years, I've been looking for way to make up mu business. Recently, as I graduate from high school, I started to educate myself in entrepreneurship. After I've read "The milionaire fastlane", some new ideas and actions came up to me. I analysed the market in Poland and saw an huge opportunity in building my electrician company. Market is short on electricians and what is more - in my country there is no huge company that would provide for every city, it is mostly small electric business that has 2-3 employers. That is long-term perspective, but I think that I could build a website to find employers (I have also made some contacts, becasue I was working in construction zone as a 17 years old) and clients. I would also need to teach myself on theoretical stuff in electrics in order to discuss my services with clients and have some general knowledge. Moreover, I would need to buy a car and tools for my employers, but I think that I could also do it on my own by improving my savings. Anyway, now I'm working for another start-up to learn digital marketing, so I started wondering which option is the best to go - stay and learn as much as I can in digital marketing (and make some money for my business) or cut it out and start to develop my own start-up, which - in my opinion - has a big chance to succeed if I put myself into it. What are your opinions? Is practical education more valuable at my age compared to becoming a producent?
(Of course, there are plenty of details in my electric company plan, but there is no way to talk about all of it in one post).
Bests, T.
