I work with Excel pretty much every day and have recently been asked if I had a tool to keep track of progress made on projects (one of my businesses offers project management consultancy).
I shared one of the tools I use to manage my own and my customers' projects and I thought that some of you might find it useful as well so here it is.
I want to make a video showing how to use it at some point but I haven't really had the time to do it yet so reach out if the instructions are not clear enough and I will try to help.
