Here is the REALITY.
You are saying something that ANYONE can say, and do say.
They make EMPTY gestures, to somehow create a smoke screen that "they are different".
"But but but, its not a smokescreen because I WILL pay it back".
Pay it back to who?
See, what you REALLY want is a free pass. It is FAR FAR FAR more generous to say "I will do the hard yards, I will stfu, I will listen, I will put away my pride, and I will listen to lessons on money and how to responsibly spend it".
What you have said SO FAR, I have seen straight through, right to its biddy dry hearted core.
Really you are just an average dude, inflated ego, and you wanna keep that ego by submitting a TRADE.
Submitting that "trade" will allow you to continue to act cocky, and treat biz guys like bullshit, because in truth you don't even understand business, let alone respect the people that are good at it.
As an outsider you see "cocksucking", but the fact is, that is YOUR label. I see people TRYING to be nice because they see value in others they KNOW they cannot yet replicate (but are trying to). Thats a human behaviour.
You might find integrating into a new clique is hard, but you have to realise that you previous ego means jack all in the business world and you have to climb a whole new set of rungs.

If you don't like anyone here, maybe its because you haven't BUILT any relationships, or been observant enough.

Be humble, reflect, search for value, and once you find it, become generous, don't make spectacles and try to become great at biz so you can help others.
