Quick progress thread for an E-commerce store I'm setting up.

Done so far:
  • Researched a suitable product
  • Created a store with Shopify, including a proper landing page
  • Identified a potential supplier
  • Laid groundwork for paid traffic. First ads campaign is about to go live.
I primarily want to use this thread as a journal for myself, but I'll do my best to give something back in future posts.

You're using a software marketing "be your own boss" to average people.

I would recommend at least learning html and css so you can make an exceptional storefront and not just some cookie cutter storefront with bad seo and performance capabilities.

There are also advantages to hosting your own store as well...

All your posts are the same, blaming people for using an already working solution. What on Earth is wrong with you?

I primarily want to use this thread as a journal for myself, but I'll do my best to give something back in future posts.
Is it dropshipping? Send me a PM with the link/pw if you’re comfortable with that. I can recommend apps, etc.

Hi @Vilox ,

I'm very glad to see you specifically starting this progress thread. I remember following your cold calling thread a few years back, and that turned out to be one of the most inspiring and valuable threads on this forum.

I wish you the best of luck with your e-commerce venture and have to say that I'm very much forward to your updates on this thread! :smile2:

This thread was started in Dec of last year. It's now March 21st. Any progress updates? I'd love to hear all about it. I'm on this path now myself as well.
