Never Split the Difference was my favorite book of 2018 and I recommend it to as many people as I can. The principles apply not just to business, but in your daily communication with friends, family, and even kids if you have them.
The way the book is laid out, Chris Voss covers the easiest principles that can be adapted into your everyday life in the beginning. I'll be honest, some of the more advanced stuff I forget regularly and have to go back and review.
@MTF I'd challenge you to reconsider your thoughts that the book is only about negotiation strategies. I'm sure many of the principles would apply to your daily life as well.
