Read the book. My point of view to choose a business I will start with has changed tremendously! As you wrote, you can’t do what you love for living. You need to make money first, work on work ethic and then do what you love. I’m on my way to read unscripted !

I have just completed this book. I have read countless non-fiction books in recent years .However, this really got me questioning my beliefs and outlook on life.

If somebody asked me for one book for life - this would be The Millionaire Fastlane easily.

My favorite takeaways:
- make someday today, there is never a perfect time
- the value of time
- anything that steals time and doesn't have the power to free time is the liability and not the asset
- CENTS framework, decision-making matrix and roads to wealth distinction
- be a producer, not a consumer
- focus on a process, not an event
- the amount of money in your life is a reflection of the amount of value you have given to others
- many times success comes from better execution of the existing idea rather than inventing something new
- execution is what counts not an idea
- complaints represent unmet needs
- excellent customer service is crucial
- price conveys value
- time isn't the issue - desire and passion are (committed fastlaners build wealth while interested fastlaners build excuses)

Read it. Love the part about how people are willing to trade 5 days for 2 days of freedom. Also like how you point out that you shouldn't just get into a business based on "do what you love". I was constantly looking for something to do in the golf industry because that's what I love to do. Now I know I should just focus on my main business which already gives me enough freedom to play golf pretty much whenever I want.
