Are you looking for a business idea that doesn't exist? The chances of finding it are probably less than 5%. Even if you find it and it proves to be a lucrative idea, you're most likely going to attract competition and no longer be seen as unique.
What I suggest instead is to concentrate on improving processes. Grab an idea that already exists, but has many execution weaknesses and improve it. Simple as that.
There will always be people who want cheaper, quicker, shorter, brighter, funnier, etc. things. Everything that exists today can be improved. Everything. And if you're the one who will improve something that already exists, you're likely to attract many people with money in their hands.
