^^I came across this on flippa^^ and at face value it looks like a no brainier. However after some quick DD you can see this seller is selling these info sites in almost production line fashion. To me this is a read flag. But honestly, I am still learning the website business so I may be wrong. I came here for a second opinion from the more experienced crowd.

Its all about learning right.
