IP lawyers for writing web site disclaimer, policy, TOS

doing various research i found out it's best to get an IP lawyer to write your disclaimer, policy and TOS (terms of service)

are there any services in which you guys recommend?
also, how much should i expect to spend to have these written?

with all the people pursing internet businesses...nobody on the forum has had these professionally written or reviewed by a lawyer?

i'm surprised, i'm under the impression these are key components that can't be skimped on.

Eh, I'm sure you will find mixed opinions on this. I started with a free disclaimer template from DocStoc.com (I think lol, google some more), but will have a local attorney tailor user agreements for my health sites and few other industries.

I am starting a health site soon admist some others, its for a specific few conditions. Care to elaborate on this?
