After lurking on the Fastlane Forum for a while, I finally finished reading The Millionaire Fastlane . As a result of reading Fastlane, my perspective on work and life in general has completely changed.
Some facts about myself I've been an entrepreneur since I was young (I'm now 24). I run a real estate marketing company (Real Estate Photos, Virtual Tours, Floorplans, etc.). I currently make around $10,000 per month as a one-man operation. I can now see why my business model is flawed. It's turned into more of a job than anything else. Trying to scale is difficult because I've reached my limit in terms of not only the amount of work I can handle, but also the reach of realtors in my city. (Fastlane touches heavily on this topic)
The money is good considering my cost of living, and I consider myself fortunate to be in my current position, but I know I can do better! It's time to delve deeper into some of these threads and start building a successful fastlane business model.
