Hi ... I joined this forum today at the urging of a friend and business colleague.
By way of background, I was an active paralegal for close to 20 years, working in most areas of the law in Canada, England and the U.S. For the past 7-8 years I specialized in corporate and securities law in the U.S. and Canada.
In 2003 I went solo, and founded a business formation and maintenance company. I'm not a millionaire, but revenues have gone up ever year and that feels good.
I'm here to learn how to grow my business and push it forward. I know how to work IN my business -- but it won't grow unless I work ON it.
If anyone has questions about business structuring for asset protection and tax purposes, I'd be happy to answer what I can!
