I've spent the last 1.5 years trying to figure out my next business play after exiting my last business and I'm still pretty stuck, so I'd love some outside perspective.

I'd like to turn this into a SKOOL / info product, but im not sure what the clear offer or hard skill is?
My current rough idea:
Longer term, I’d also like whatever I build here to act as a lead engine for a more “serious” backend business (whether that ends up being done-for-you builds, a productized service, or even SaaS around these systems). I’m not 100% sure what that backend looks like yet I just don’t want to box myself into something that can’t generate high-value leads later.
Really appreciate any honest thoughts here. I’d rather refine the positioning now than build the wrong thing for 6–12 months.

- Stack: Cursor, toolkits, IDEs, n8n, AI agents
- Areas I could cover:
- Data / analytics
- LPs / CRO
- Ads
- SEO
- Automation

- If you were my target, what would be a clear, tangible promise that would make you join?
- e.g. “Build 3 automations that save X hours/week,” “Turn your existing traffic into a Growth OS,” etc.
- Would you:
- Niche down to one very concrete outcome (e.g. AI lead gen systems, AI-powered follow-up, etc.), or
- Keep the broader “AI + marketing systems” umbrella and structure it as modules inside Skool?
- Given I’d like this to eventually feed a backend business, what kind of backend (DFY builds, productized service, SaaS, something else) would make the most sense from your perspective?
