This will serve as a process-journal for the building of my long overdue digital product in the health niche.

As an Osteopath, I have helped thousand of patients over the past nine years based on my personal knowledge and wideranging degree.
As this business is only slowlane, I have long had the wish to create something scalable.
Almost 2 years ago I started getting to familiarize with video-production.
Many internal issues of mine have led to nothing haven't happened in this regard yet - the cleaning of this plate will be subject of another thread in the mindset forum.


I will explain the MVP and USP in a following post since I want to keep this short for today - writing here is not supposed to be an action fake but a source of public accountability.

First goals until mid June:
1. Outlining the main product - then draft, script, record, edit a small MVP
2. Building out the homepage
3. Setting up Socials and newsletter
4. Having at least 10 shorts and 5 longer-form marketing videos on the social platforms.
5. Starting a presale marketing campaign.

Recurring rotation of action items is:
- Outline-Draft-Script
- Record
- Edit
- Upload


By now, I have done the first tests of the workflow for outline-draft-script , record, edit.
This workflow will continually be iterated on and especially the scripts, recording-quality and editing have to continually be iterated on.

Today I have recorded the intro scripts that I have created beforehand, later on in a break at work I will take a first stab at editing them.


I have made too many plans, as I have for all my life been an idea person. I will not go into my plans in detail here, only logging the actual actions - as nothing else really matters.
