Hi everybody,

i'm in front of an opportunity in my country to build a Real Estate Video company.
I already make CV's in video format for Jobseekers organisms (State organism) + Trainings center who teach to them, since 1 year. It's does not makes a lot of money yet because i'm still in negotiation with them to get a contrats for "repetitive records" (I don't want to work with end customer)

2 days ago I received a feedback from a Real estate agencie who has seen one of my CV video from their new employees, asked me if i'm able to the similar for real estate properties. Very good, it proves that market needs it and no one is doing it here in Belgium.

My question is; should I dig this opportunity ? Regarding the fact that it's still in "time for money" system.
