In front of... slowlane opportunity

Hi everybody,

i'm in front of an opportunity in my country to build a Real Estate Video company.
I already make CV's in video format for Jobseekers organisms (State organism) + Trainings center who teach to them, since 1 year. It's does not makes a lot of money yet because i'm still in negotiation with them to get a contrats for "repetitive records" (I don't want to work with end customer)

2 days ago I received a feedback from a Real estate agencie who has seen one of my CV video from their new employees, asked me if i'm able to the similar for real estate properties. Very good, it proves that market needs it and no one is doing it here in Belgium.

My question is; should I dig this opportunity ? Regarding the fact that it's still in "time for money" system.

I would encourage you to take this opportunity once validating the idea further with other RE agents. Many people have created very successful businesses with what initially seems like it will keep your time tied to money. I'm not sure what all your idea entails, however try and picture how many of these videos you could make in a day and the profits that could be had from each video, the amount of time editing, etc. I would imagine if there was enough demand you could end up as more of a founder role where you are managing people more then doing the dirty work yourself. Eventually this could also be hired out.

Also, I encourage you to take a moment and evaluate the idea against CENTS.
