The manufacturer on aliexpress take long to ship the product and i used a software called Silk-road but they never delivered the product. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me a good software or site that sells "Phoenix massage gun" for a low price around 65$ and they have fast shipping. Or even give me any tips on fast shipping and maybe a company that i can pay for fast shipping
Thank you

Hey Man,,, Do not use AliExpress.. Use Aliaba.com and on the search bar to the left..There is a drop down and you can select PRODUCTS or SUPPLIERS or WHOLESALERS....

Make sure you select SUPPLIERS (Then click the TRADE ASSURANCE radio button and VERIFIED SELLER radio button,,,,

Next make sure the suppliers have good reviews and TOTAL SALES anywhere from $1M to $5M USD per year...And at least 3 - 10 years experience with 3 DIAMOND RATINGS or higher...

Message them and get prices for samples..

On a side note... These guns are going to be flooding the market soon so be sure its something you want to do for long term or if its just a side hustle extra per month then cool! Hope that helps man!

For the benefit of other readers I suggest that this off the cuff advice is completely inadequate when it comes to safe sourcing.

Here you go.

Stop being lazy. Contact every single supplier on that page and get pricing.

And no, you can't get a "Phoenix massage gun". You can brand it under your own name, but not Phoenix. And no, none of those suppliers will want to work with you at a good price if you order volume is under 1,000 units and shipped by sea.

If you want serious suppliers, with great prices, then you have to be serious. This isn't a hobby for the factory owners/managers/salespeople. It's business.

What you need to do if buy 100 of these massage guns and ship them to your house. Then you can send them out the day you get your order!

Or maybe I buy 100 of them and send them to my house and then dropship them for you. But if I'm going through the trouble of doing that, I'm going to be selling them to you for $110. Does that make sense?

Just curious on how you plan to compete against this?

Update: This thread just made me by a massage gun. It had been on my list to buy, but I never got around to it until now. I sifted through a few listings, but ultimately just bought a random one for $140. So here is the question. I know that I can return it if it's shit on Amazon. But buying from an unknown webpage? I wouldn't be spending $150 on one for a massager like this from a website because I don't know or trust the return policy.

This is the problem with all these bro marketers preaching about starting dropshipping businesses with zero risk and zero effort.

We're getting to the point where wannabe entrepreneurs are so hooked on the "get rich quick and easy" scam that they aren't even willing to put in the time and effort to get their product into an FBA warehouse or store it in their garage. They want the instant gratification of simply connecting the buyer to the overseas manufacturer without ever seeing or testing the product themselves.

Do you really want to start a business that has zero barriers to entry? Do you really want to be a middleman that offers zero value?

We're already seeing manufacturers selling directly on Amazon and eBay, essentially eliminating the need for many of the dropshippers and FBA sellers that simply pick an item and list it on Amazon and hope for the best.

You need to have a competitive advantage, and it can't be the fact that your native language is English.

You can’t drop ship from Asia and expect to create a successful business. Period.

That's tough for me to hear, as I'm working to launch an e-Commerce store doing exactly that.

Would you say there's absolutely no way that can work? Maybe not as a million-dollar business, but as something like 1K/month side hustle.

I plan on selling eco-friendly products for restaurants and bars, mostly. The suppliers I've talked to agreed to negotiate the pricing even more If I make big orders. My competition actually sells individual products, I plan on having higher MOQ but a cheaper cost per unit.

I should mention I plan on selling only in my country, which is Portugal.

Would you say I'm fighting an unwinnable battle?

If you're looking to private label your own products, I would strongly recommend using Thomas Net instead of Alibaba and actually source high quality products directly from American/Canadian Manufacturers

Very difficult. Here's the problem. It violates the commandment of CONTROL. You can't control the supply (you sold one? we're out of stock). You can't control the customer experience (what you shipped me looks nothing like what you advertised.) You can't control the transit (you ordered it three weeks ago, and we shipped it in an Ocean vessel.) You can't control competition (the vendor will sell to anyone, including direct to your customers if they find the vendor the same way you did). You have no recourse if the shit hits the fan.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it probable? No. There have been thousands of people that have bought bullshit courses on this subject, and the only ones making any real money are the hucksters selling the courses.

Yeah, I can't argue against that.
I did take some preventive action, such as establishing relationships with various manufacturers.
Plus, if I accept only higher MOQ's, the buyer will be expecting higher delivery time.

Still, there's much more stuff I can't control.

I think I will take a shot at it anyway, given the investment is pretty low.

Anyway, thanks for your insight @Vigilante .

If you are buying larger quantities and carrying inventory you are not dropshipping.

If you are buying from the real manufacturers rather than buying retail on Aliexpress, you are not dropshipping.

This means that you will at least have some possibility of success.

So that you don't appear to the manufacturers as a newbie, you should understand the term MOQ. That means the Minimum Order Quantity that a supplier will accept when you order. If you offer to buy more, you are not buying a Minimum Order Quantity.

HINT: Never ask a supplier what is their MOQ. That immediately identifies you as a newbie. I posted on the subject of what newbies should and should not say in post #5 in my AMA thread:

Thanks, I will have a look at that.

What I meant with offering higher MOQ's was on my website. I will offer higher MOQ's than my competitors. That improves rentability for me. Maybe that will be the same as the MOQ's of the manufacturers. I'll have to do some math.

As I m at the same point, thanks for your insights!

My intention is getting comfortable with ecommerce and than do real stuff.

One point is : dropshipping low priced items from Aliexpress is importing under the custom relevant amount of 26 € in Europe. So for first you have no custo issues.

I think, when I make a dropship shop, I can try how advertisement works. Being a bit carefull, I think, the risks are not too high. (Nor are the profit possibilities, too, I know.

When that shop works, I can put in some money, going to China, visiting a few factories, and importing real products.

Bad plan od good plan?

I can't believe dropshipping from china is still a "thing". If you are that good at social media marketing then hold your own inventory, provide fast shipping and great customer service and you will make a killing. Not to mention you will build a sustainable business, not just a viral facebook video.

I personally can't stand any longer than 3 day ship times as I know how easy it is to achieve these turnover rates in 2019.

Maybe us business owners are hyper-critical but shipping an item within hours after the order is placed should be common practice.

On another note, maybe this is why some excel and some just make a quick buck.

If I can't get my product to my customer's doorstep in 4 days max I feel like I am letting the customer down.

Yes, thats a problen, that keeps me busy, too.
I cant imagine, that a customer in Canady, who waits more than 10 days for his - lets say - glasses, will ever order there again. I nearly feel scamed, when I must wait that long and I have learned to care about delivery time as a customer.
