i want to start webcam modeling to fund my idea, your thoughts please

hello everyone, i know this may sound wierd, i have an idea but have no fund to execute it properly, it's a big idea and without proper funding, it won't be break out in the market ... so, i just learnt about webcam modeling on cam site like chaturbate and i was told it's very lucrative. so i want to start it so save up money to find my idea

well i won't be the one on the webcam, i successfully convince my girlfriend to do it, and then we will spilt the money we make equally.. i don't know what else to do in order to make big money to fund my idea.

so everyone, whats your thought about this. can i make money through webcam? is it worth it ? is it fastlane? what's your perception about this?

Ethics trump profits, at least in my book. What problems can you see daily in your community, online, or wherever? Take some time to figure that out. Now start thinking about what YOU can do to fix those problems.

Lol. Alright, my dude, I'll be helpful instead of laughing. Nbd, I got you. I'm not entirely sure where you're from, so I can't precisely say this will help or not.

1. Crowdfund: in general, the two biggest options are equity-based (you give someone a slice of your company for their money), and reward-based (you give someone something (usually the product/service itself) for donating X amount; rewards are typically on a tier system). Big platforms for this include the obvious: Kickstarter, GoFundMe, etc.

2. Freelance platforms: if you already have any type of skill, you can generate (probably small, at first) capital via Upwork, Fiverr, etc. If you don't have that type of skill, you can generate capital via something like TaskRabbit.

3. Networking: most people ignore the fact that they have people in their lives willing to pay money to have something done they don't want to do. It doesn't matter how big or small, capital is capital. Help your grandma mow her lawn for 30$ today, help your uncle fix a leaky sink for 50$ tomorrow. If you have no one in your life, do this very same thing, but with everyone else that lives near you. Even if you have family and friends, still do this with everyone in town.

4. Get a job: there are far too many people on this forum now that are under the impression a job is "beneath them." I've had some shitty jobs in my life, but not a single one of the was "beneath me" while broke. I firmly believe if you don't have the willpower to suffer through shoveling elephant shit at a zoo for 10 hours/day so you have the capital you need, then you probably don't have the willpower to endure entrepreneurship.

Those are the top 4 off the top of my head. If you were to provide a bit of additional information (such as country), there's a chance someone would be able to point you in the right direction.

You don't need girlfriends to do it, you can do it yourself with AI tools. I'm not sure the exact technical details, but the way I've heard one guy describe it, is that they overlay AI pretty girl on top on their body and face and stream that on OnlyFans. It's lucrative but the reason he gave up eventually was that you need to reply to fans' messages and flirt with them etc, and if you're a straight guy, this may mess you up over time lol. Go where few tread, and you'll be rewarded with $$$ that few get.

It fulfils Need to a T but not Time and Scale, but it does give you fast $$$ to use for your next hustle. Or you can try faceless-style Onlyfans videos. With AI, you don't even need girls.

Why should you stay away from this? It is praying on both side of the market equation. The girls are clearly degrading themselves and being taken advantage of even if they get paid and are free willing participants. The guys(mostly) on the other side are corrupting their minds and turning them slowly into worse and worse people. Yes, it would happen regardless if you take part, but you would still be contributing.

Also, I can promise you. If you go down this route, nothing good comes from this. What benefit do you get from this? Let's say you get a good chunk of money and start this business. If you succeed, no one will respect your come up. You will always be that guy who took advantage of people, just to get ahead. They are what we call "scum bags."

Aside from finding why doing camshows with other people is a poor decision, I think it is important to understand that not every great idea is a great idea for the person who thinks it up. There are plenty of great ideas out there that people have. There are also plenty of unobtainable ideas for people. Mining minerals from different planets is a great idea, but unless you are an Elon or Jeff Bezos, it probably will never happen, unless you build yourself up to it. Elon didn't start by building SpaceX. He built PayPal, Boring Company, Tesla, and Solar City before SpaceX ever came to fruition. Elon is also not building a space mining company, but he very well could if he can get his spaceships into orbit and landing on planets consistently. But Elon has to build up to this kind of business model.

If you want to build an important business that costs a lot of money, try to think how you can enter the market at a small scale and then try and scale up. Lets say you want to own your own medical device manufacturing company with distribution in place. That is a huge undertaking. Think like Johnson and Johnson. You aren't going to become a Johnson and Johnson overnight. You start small. Maybe you find a product that you want to start selling. You have a manufacturer produce the product for you. The money you make can then be reinvested back into the company to build.

Rome was not built overnight. How can you build into your business with little to no money down? If you can't, can you start smaller within the same space so you can build into your current business idea?

Think outside of the box. You don't have to trash your character and your morals to make it.

For OP's particular case, it's most definitely our responsibility to steer them in a more responsible direction as you mentioned, so we can keep it that way.
