Hello ! :) As you've read from the tittle,I want to change the educational system. However...I don't know how!

Of course,I first need to identify any problems and suggest solutions. However,anyone can do that. This is why there are so many videos on YouTube about this!

I don't know what to do AFTER I've identified the problems and solutions. I do have an idea about how I want things to be but I have no idea what to do after I've cleared everything around my idea.

Do I form a team? Or do I go to schools advertising my plan? What do I do?!
