I want to change the educational system...but I don't know how

Hello ! As you've read from the tittle,I want to change the educational system. However...I don't know how!

Of course,I first need to identify any problems and suggest solutions. However,anyone can do that. This is why there are so many videos on YouTube about this!

I don't know what to do AFTER I've identified the problems and solutions. I do have an idea about how I want things to be but I have no idea what to do after I've cleared everything around my idea.

Do I form a team? Or do I go to schools advertising my plan? What do I do?!

For clarification, what type of solution are you talking about? Is your proposal pedagogical, or does it address school operations? Does it solve hiring problems, retention problems? Etc... etc. Your strategy for moving forward would depend on what type of problem you're solving.

So, you are making a post about as broad as humanly possible and THEN expect us to provide a battle plan for your idea? Geezus. I don't mean to rant, but I literally just finished Unscripted . Hate to say it, but there isn't a blueprint. You take your idea, figure out what you want it to do, and you do it. You want to make a new software package? Cool...you lay out your content on paper...you make said content...you publish said content...you sell the shit out of it. You talk to influential people...school board, teachers, principals, etc. What do you need a team for? You're just starting out. Again, you are so ridiculously broad, it is insane and no one has any idea what you've already done. As MJ says, just do it...act, assess, adjust.
