Alright, so for the past couple of days I have been readying and learning about drop shipping. Everything I read told me this, Find what you want to sell/drop ship. Get a website, find a wholesale seller, and start selling...yada yada yada. But for me..It really isn't that simple. I am totally new to this and online businesses.

I want to know where I can buy a website and how.
I need to know what to do after I buy it? I don't know how to set up a dropship business or any kind of online business. I took a web design class in high school last year..but that was just the basics..like REALLY basic stuff, and I forgot some of it.
I want to know how to make the site, is there a way I can buy a website already ready for me to start, so that all I need to do is start selling. I guess a business name would come before that.
Would I have to get a business license or anything?

Can anyone help me out and go into details...and I really mean details. I need help.
