I thought it was interesting how he explains that lateral/divergent thinkers (i.e. creative people), have "a hard time monetizing their creativity."

What are some solutions you would recommend for this type of person?

Don't label yourself one way or another and then draw conclusions from that.

The only reason you're not making money is ironically because you're not creative enough to find ways to give value to others.

Also Jordan Peterson's advice is usually slowlane and conservative, he's a psychologist and he even tells you to settle for less. I wouldn't take anything he says into account for my own decision making even if it sounds good or insightful on paper.
