How would you approach it in terms of marketing/expansion?
My biggest fear is other copycats or even worse, other copycats with MORE money to out-market me
Its a city-by-city concept. So you open an IG page for each city.
Therefore, I launched the page in my city a couple weeks ago and already have tons of followers & high demand. Now I want to expand to all the other cities.
How do I monopolize the market (the other top 50 cities in North America) before another bigger player with money comes in and copies me taking all my potential market share?
I already had a smaller guy try to copy me in another city, but I know as I expand.. there will be bigger guys copying since it's fairly easy to launch (not super easy as it's not some meme page, but it's launch-able).
My question is - What do you suggest I do in order to launch & dominate the other top 50 cities with this concept fast before getting ran over by a bigger player with more resources who copies me? I'm considering raising capital or doing some sort of national partnership strategy (Having a partner in each city running it for me etc)
