I Implemented My Idea, Now What? I need YOUR HELP To Take It To Next Level

A month ago I posted about working on this idea....well now I implemented and launched my idea. It is a class aggregator service for the Greater Toronto Area. Private teachers, private schools or anybody who teaches could list their classes and others could contact them for their services. It already lists around 3k classes and more classes are being added on a daily basis, please feel free to search and check it out. I'd really appreciate your comments and feedbacks. I'm starting small and local, it is missing many features, they will be coming next.

What's next? I'm looking for an experienced mentor to help me market and drive traffic to my website. Just guide me and brainstorm with me. I'm looking for someone to bounce my ideas with. I don't want to invest $$ on marketing yet, not until I find a scalable way to make money from it...until I figure out spending more will bring me more.

How I can market this and make money from this kind of site? I have thought of 4-5 ways to drive traffic to it and 4-5 ways to monetize this. How you guys would monetize such a website? Is there anyone who'd like to be my mentor in helping me take this site to the next level??
