Based on your post, you have the ability to write. Go to Upwork and start applying for gigs to write. I'm sure you can find some sort of niche whether it be Argentina or some other area where you have some sort of knowledge or experience.
Only a year ago I found myself in a tough spot. All of the sudden, my income wasn't cutting it and I was close to losing everything. I went on Upwork and hustled my butt off in between my normal work. In less than a day I was writing articles for someone for $40 per article. I wrote 2 per day for a while and made some extra money really fast.
If I can do it, you can do it.
edit: I briefly skimmed over the thread and saw you were rejected from Upwork. There are tons of other places to get gigs. I know that with some creativity you can find some.
