I'm devising my cold outreach strategy and one of the things that would make sense to do is to figure out a way to create a list of businesses that are spending money on Google and social media ads, so that I can target them with my cold outreach.

Ideally, it should be possible to get data in bulk. Something similar to scraping, for example, LinkedIn for emails where you end up with a list of emails from an industry you're targeting.
