A great song and an even better video to go with it.

Sometimes when faced with problems or difficult decisions in life, try to detach and consider the bigger picture and your own mortality. Gain perspective and put things in their place. Move forward while keeping in mind that you have a set amount of time until you are finished.

You don't know how long you have. It could be tomorrow. It could be next month. When it happens is not certain - but that it will happen, that is absolutely guaranteed and there isn't a single thing you can do to stop it.

But you can live and you can make your life as awesome as pancakes with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup.

So make the most of your time on this planet bro's and broette's.

“You live as if you were destined to live forever, no thought of your frailty ever enters your head, of how much time has already gone by you take no heed. You squander time as if you drew from a full and abundant supply, though all the while that day which you bestow on some person or thing is perhaps your last.”
Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
