I have developed an app in which you create and share tasks with other people with the end goal of completing those tasks on time.
However, after talking about the idea with beta testers, I think I’m not targeting the niche since it’s a very competitive space and I want to find a space where users would actually buy the product en masse and think, “That’s what I actually need!”
How would you guys approach this situation? How do you look for small but growing niches?
