Hey All,
Was wondering if some of you wouldn’t mind sharing how you ended up with the businesses that you run today? Did you base it off of an existing knowledge that you had or did you identify a product or a need where you had no expertise or experience and just attack it?
The reason I’m asking is I seem to have some difficulty thinking outside of the real estate box. The idea of starting an ecommerce site seems daunting while building a home or developing land seems easy. I know this is stupid thinking, but just wondering how many of you gravitate towards what you know and if you feel the success rate is ultimately higher that way?
Most times i ventured away from what I knew it ended up failing, eating my capital investment. Had I read TMF I likely wouldn't have tried some of the money chasing entities.
