Hello all,
I'm usually one of the 85 guests lurking on the forum and have finally decided to throw out an intro; an added benefit of a little free time.
I work in the telecommunications industry, own two rental units, and have been saving for the past year inorder to invest in commercial properties, either apartments or self storage (still deciding, trust me, I know lol). I've reached my monetary goal but have decided to take it one step further after noticing the change in the real estate market over the past year.
I'd like to thank the active members that keep this forum moving forward. I've followed some of your posts from the RD site and the invaluable advice and information you offer is greatly appreciated. Keeps me moving forward when I revert to the MCM (middle class mentality). Anyways, thanks for creating a great environment for learning and sharing ideas.
