Hiring sales reps. Advice?

Hey All,
I've reached a point where I can no longer cover all of the bases on my own. Too many leads and not enough time. I've decided to bring on a few sales reps to help out.

The question: Where do I find them?

As of now, I'm planning on posting a job description on Indeed. I'll be looking for someone to work part time and for commission only. Is it reasonable to think that I would be able to find someone on indeed that would be established in the industry (specialty chemicals and oil and gas if you're curious) and that would be willing to add my service into their basket of offerings?

Any advice you've gleaned from your own hiring of sales reps that you feel someone doing it for the first time should know?

Thanks!
