Hey guys! Was watching a Reel and someone promoted The Millionaire Fastlane as a book to read.

Almost done with it and it’s great.

I currently run Agent Autopilot which is an AI based automation CRM that helps insurance agents automate their marketing, prospecting, and appointment setting using ChatGPT.

Within weeks, we’re launching our Voice AI Money Machine that will dial agent’s leads and turn them into live transfers.

We did over $2M in revenue last year. Close to 50% profit margin for my biz partner and myself.

Welcome to the forum. Great to have you!

When did you start Agent Autopilot? Was it when ChatGPT came out, or were you automating their marketing/prospecting/appointment setting before then?

What's your plans for growth?

Any advice for other forum members looking to create a service like yours? (Would you class it as a SaaS?)

Great questions!

We actually started Agent Autopilot in 2020. We were running a large life insurance agency that was focused on the senior market, selling burial insurance face to face.

So we created Agent Autopilot, primarily to help our agents be able to sell virtually. In the process, I realized I was starting a SaaS company and we went all in on that.

Originally it started out as an automation tool to respond to agent's leads. Then we realized agents were churning because they had no leads. So we started selling a Facebook Ads Course on the frontend.

But agents wouldn't go through the course. So we changed it up to a Done For You system, where we use a 3rd party SaaS that launches pre-built ads directly into the agent's FB ad account.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, we started using Google's Dialogflow and positioned it as AI Appointment Setting. Over 18 months before ChatGPT even came out. So we were early adopters on that front.

Moved to ChatGPT after it launched.

Our next product is the Voice AI. Using ChatGPT to call the leads. That's going to be huge. We actually have our first webinar scheduled to our audience in 2 weeks.

We use Go High Level as our CRM for insurance agents. And everything else we have is built on top of that. Whereas, GHL is a blank slate, all the workflows, pipelines, ChatGPT integrations, texts/emails/rebuttals etc are all pre-written and ready to go. All the landing pages, sub-domains, the custom fields/values are setup by our team when an agent purchases.

CRMs are a dime a dozen, so we're really solving the problem of integrating high level tech for non-tech savvy people.

Literally, our Voice AI will allow agents to press the START button and they will receive a live transfer from an interested prospect in 5 minutes.

That's all they have to do. Press start.

As for advice: Pick a niche and build your list/audience. As we were recruiting agents, we were pushing them to a Facebook group. The FB group fed the email list and the email list fed the FB group.

So when we launched our SaaS, we already had an audience. For the first few years, we didn't even run ads. I haven't run ads this year since a small $10,000 ad spend for a webinar in January. We have 30,000 agents on our email list. We have a large affiliate in the space with 20,000 agents.

We can do 6-8 large marketing pushes a year to a webinar just with those audiences. Then run cold ads to webinars to make sales and build up the email list in the interim.

A good strategy to get leads is Cold Email. I have over 500,000 cold emails for insurance agents. I use inframail.io to set up sending domains and Instantly.ai to warm them up.

Then I send out 5 cold emails in a sequence to get folks scheduled on our calendar. But I use Zapier to grab anyone that clicks on our link in the cold email to put them into our Warm Email List. I figure if they read a cold email subject line, open the email, click on the link in that email, then they're not cold anymore.

I have a long term drip email campaign that sends out emails 3x a week with nothing but value, with a P.S. at the end with a CTA for solving their problem.

That keeps me and my brand top of mind and keeps them wanting to open my emails, so when I do a big webinar marketing push, they're more willing to open my emails.
