My problem is basically as the title describes. I'm a web developer and designer with about 5 years of experience, but I've got a bit of a problem finding opportunities to use these skills. I get some freelance work here and there, and it pays very well, but it's extremely inconsistent and I want to get it to the point that I can support myself with it.
What avenues are best for freelance work. Is cold calling worth the time? Should I just stick with a freelance site like upwork even though its slow to start?
