So I bought this house in Middle, TN about a year ago... It was going to be a sixth month process, I had a crew put together and I have done this before and have worked for a contractor as well as other handy-stuff like property management etc. It wasnt something I was unprepared for by any means. However when my business partner and I had a falling out I was forced to move into the house I was flipping, so I clean it up, remodeled one of the bathrooms, just so it was barely live-able, and moved on in.
Fast forward to today and I am STRESSED. Im talking the house is pretty much done, all the hard work is out of the way, and all thats left is to refinish the hardwood floors upstairs, paint, and put back together the upstairs bathroom (toilet and pedestal sink, EASY). However, with trying to start this new credit business, and working for tips bartending downtown, I just cant find the motivation to do it, as I am only one person and its a two story, 3200 sq.ft Home.. I have literally slaved away at this place for the last year and feel like I just cant take it anymore. On the flipside, however, I am extremely motivated with this new credit business... But I must finish this house and get it on the market first, one thing at a time, right? Anyways, sorry if this seems like a rant, because It really sort of is a rant. Any encouragement? Thanks in advance.
