Hey guys,

Im creating this thread as an advice from @ZCP

I will share my journey in the entrepreneurial world with you guys and hope to make it into the big dream of living the Fastlane.

I'm 27yo, single, south american, currently 9-5 corporate job and don't have any project, plan or business. Im starting from bottom with no money or big ideas.

I hope to say it loud one day " From nothing to something to everything "

How awkward?! lol Now you know my daily schedule.

.....3 to 7 things that you WILL GET DONE this week?
1. I will buy anything for $1 and sell for 2$ (a bottle of water probably).
2. I will cold-approach 4-5 women (Im single and this always put me on a social positive mood).
3. I will gradually change my mindset from " Take " to " Give ".
4. I will practice Forex a little bit more (Just to conclude if Im in or not).
5. I will get back to sports betting (I know, you will think im joking but I gave me a few bucks to bet as New Years gift, Its quite risky but in the past I've followed an strategy and made 2k from 30$ in 1 month...But I don't have expectations or ambitions, just entertainment)
6. My family will stay with me for the next 12days, so I will need to spend time and give attention to them, this will take away my focus a little bit. After that, I will be All in.

• Create an online passive source of income that demands less than 4hour/day of work.
• Start a profitable business
• Get in the best physique of my life

• Business Management Degree
• A rented apartment. I live alone so I guess this is an advantage.
• Speak two languages (Portugues)
• Good physique
• 9-5 corporate job
• To be true, I really don't have any relevant tool or resource available
• Good emotional intelligence and control (I've been developing this for while)

- what are you willing to do / invest / give up?

• Often I have some free time at my corporate job that I could use to learn something.
• Time with friends and nightlife (Im a lone wolf, I often go out solo).
• Willing to do whatever it takes to live the life of my dreams.

- what things can be attempted right now?

• Youtube Channel (Done) - reached 3M views + 19k subs but its kinda dead now
• Online Course Udemy (Done) - 1 week and not a single purchase until now, its a homemade course.
• Flipping items - Selected 10 items, did some marketing+copywriting work and increased 10% on the price. Sold just 1 item.
• Become a digital influencer (Instagram) - Unreal competition and I hadn't the lifestyle to show.
• Forex trading - Practicing on a demo account right now.
• Buy/Sell small things on the streets aka Hustle - People would find really strange if I was selling anything on the streets at night unless it is drugs.
• Fiverr Gigs - Created 3 (dating advice, fitness plan and astrology readings) not a single purchase until now.
• Astrology readings - Funny hum?! But I studied Astrology hard in the past years trying to find answers and self-knowledge, became quite good at this and could charge for readings but its rare to find someone to pay for such service and Im lowkey about it.
• Blogs - Created one for male lifestyle when I was younger but at the time I couldn't provide the consistency needed to make it grow.
• Play Games - I've always enjoyed to play video games and I could do live streams but this isn't something Im looking for right now.
• Porn website - For a specific niche but did a quick research and besides the unreal competition, its quite hard to profit on the traffic as there are unlimited free supply in this area.

There are more but these ones are more alive in my head.

This morning Im reading The Unscripted and a co-worker just showed a business opportunity.

She bought a paint from an street artist ($10) and put a fancy frame ($60), she just showed me a photo of the end result and I can say with some sales ability she could sell it for $200 easily.
The problem is that she bought while she was on holidays in a small city where the prices are really low but I took note of the idea.

@raad182 You described it as a "problem" in the negative sense. It's true, it is a problem for someone. The customer can't reach the product! It's an opportunity for you, one of an infinity that you could pursue, if you chose (I mean, you do have to decide which ones are best suited to your skills and tastes, but the universe is made of almost nothing but opportunity). You described a price imbalance caused by remoteness, a classic trade opportunity. Not to mention the perceived value multiplier caused by the improvement of the frame. Keep on truckin' buddy!

Thanks guys...Im working on my issues and yes I don't notice because I was raised being told things like that " you can't ", " you won't ", " the problem is " and so on...I can remember when I was 13 dreaming about being a soccer player and my dad just say it loud to his wife " Raad won't make it ", not trying to justify anything, just to give an idea of where I came from, the ocean of self limiting beliefs...Once an aunt said to me that " I shouldn't listen to rock music because I was poor "

I could gave more and more episodes but I don't want to remember, for now I just want to change my beliefs.

Hey, and now I just got an idea of what I will buy for $1 and sell for $2...an umbrella.

I went to lunch outside the office, started to rain and while I was waiting for the rain to stop, there was an old lady next to me saying " I just forgot the window opened, this rain doesn't stop and I don't have any umbrella " , moments later a guy arrived with an old destroyed umbrella and I felt like the ultimate entrepreneur spotting an opportunity, was a powerful feeling.

Now is my turn to take action!

Overcoming the years of negative beliefs put into your mind without you even realizing it is tough stuff, I’ve been there and it’s a daily battle. You can do it though.

Get a small win under your belt, then another and another and watch it snowball.

About the thread, I once read a McGregor post fight press and he said " From nothing to something to everything " I've felt that really deep and expect to make the same way, actually I will.

1. I will buy anything for $1 and sell for 2$ (a bottle of water probably). Not yet
2. I will cold-approach 4-5 women (Im single and this always put me on a social positive mood). 1 until now, quickly runaway because she was underage. Going for one more today.
3. I will gradually change my mindset from " Take " to " Give ". Finishing The Unscripted and getting more insights before going to action but already seeing things with producer eyes.
4. I will practice Forex a little bit more (Just to conclude if Im in or not). Not practiced during the weekend but starting to perceive that its not my thing.
5. I will get back to sports betting (I know, you will think im joking but I gave me a few bucks to bet as New Years gift, Its quite risky but in the past I've followed an strategy and made 2k from 30$ in 1 month...But I don't have expectations or ambitions, just entertainment). Made a little money (+1.5%) on some opportunities during the weekend and listed a few for the month.
6. My family will stay with me for the next 12days, so I will need to spend time and give attention to them, this will take away my focus a little bit. After that, I will be All in. 10/12 days remaining + A business trip of my corporate job (2 days). 19/01 will be the 1st day of a new life.

Question: Why miss the opportunity to get help from your closest network, your family?

Quick aside: why the hell does everyone need to wait? 'oh, i'll get started after this business trip'. 'oh, i'll get started when little Timmy is out of school'. 'I'll start a workout program next January'.

If you are going to make permanent change, why not involve those closest to you? You don't need to hit them with an MLM pitch. Just brainstorm for 5 minutes while driving in the car to go eat. Throw out ideas and get feedback. Learn who is supportive and who just wants to crush your ideas.

Im trying to read a book of almost 400pages written in a foreign language in two days and you say that Im waiting...

Im already taking action but I must finish the essentials (both books) before get into the field because reading The Unscripted now just showed that most of the questions I was asking here, were already answered there by MJ

Im trying to read the book in two days to start to take action and to take advantage of this easy start of the year when I have a lot of free time at work. Today I've been reading this the whole day, rushed the lunch, skipped the gym and now just arrived home to finish it today

current mindset? Trying to make a buck outside my job.
what will be accomplished this week? Get back the 1$>2$ task but with a bottle of water instead a pen. I perceived that people were a little bit scared and confused about a jacked 6 feet dude selling a pen on the street.

And wrote these things from Unscripted on a small piece of paper to think about...

- What value can I provide to others?
- Others need to find it valuable not me.
- I don't need to use what I sell.
- Do I have something that others want?
- There isn't anything in the world that can't be made better.

Besides that, searched for complains about products, current trends, best selling items (in almost every category) and nothing.

All I hear is about other people body shape...My mom saying " Raad, I want to lose weight, what should I do? " , went to lunch with a co-worker " Aren't you eating carbs? How long have you been working out? " but I don't see how can I provide value or create a business in a saturated health and fitness market.

And then started to feel bad about myself (burn out?!) for not being able to spot an opportunity.

@raad182 quit the pitty party and get to work. you have plenty of ideas. start failing. see failure as an accomplishment. you are closer to the prize. pick an idea and put your soul into it for the rest of the day. then report back.

I was in the same boat my man.
But I looked at every thing through different eyes after reading TMF .
I'm on to Unscripted now.
A good friend approached me a couple months ago about starting something new so he could get out of the rat race.
We looked at our passions... nothing!
We then began looking at how we could impact millions by solving daily problems. BOOM!
We discovered something we both find annoying and are pushing forward fast. Well, not that fast, it is all a daily grind but we love it.
Since you are into fitness look at things that you see everyday at the gym that people are doing wrong (bad form, wrong positioning, etc). Could you invent or improve something that helps? Or maybe a product that helps soreness after training. Or how you could make a piece of equipment better. I know after my forearms where bruised after knife defense in Krav Maga I thought of Forearm guards!!! I was in pain and thought of how I could have prevented that!
Keep your head up and keep focusing on the end game.
