I know that posting my idea out in the open is frowned upon, but I think I have to just to get this answered. I'm just so confused by this part of the process, so I wanted some answers.

I still feel pretty new to this "Fastlane" mindset, though I've been on the forums for a few months now.
One idea that popped into my head occurred today when I was playing basketball is having sports goggles that didn't fog up. Every time I play this is an EXTREME annoyance, but I can't take them off (I am blind in one eye, so I'd like to protect my other one!).
I did some research, and I see that all that is out there is anti-fog spray.. but no actual lens that prevents it from happening.
How does someone even get started on the process of making a prototype of this? I am not a "handyman", and I feel like that would be a skill needed here.
Again, a part of me thinks this may be a dumb question, but I wanted to go find answers from those who actually have done something like this.
