When I first read the books by MJ I got the idea that doing business had to be hard and gruesome, that I had to hate what I was doing.
After a few years I realized that I took that idea quite too literally.
We all like some industries more than others, we all have passions in our daily lives, there's always a market for those things, the goal is looking at it in the "macro", not in the "micro".
Aka, if you like cars, you should take the automotive industry and start looking for problems in that industry. You don't have to choose an industry you hate, and I don't recommend it at all, from my experience, because you'll quit at first sign of defeat. Why? Because you are fighting against your self-image.
Your self-image encompasses everything that you believe in, everything that you love, everything that you always wanted in life. If you are the kind of person who hates industry X and you try to start a business in that industry, you won't last for more than a week.
I tried a lot of "ventures" before, and they all failed because they were in conflict with how I saw myself, or who I wanted to become. I never wanted to be a Youtuber or blogger, yet I was doing those things just for the sake of making money, and not only was I miserable, I also didn't make a dime.
Mr. Beast's goal was probably never money, but to become a famous YouTuber. That was his self-image and he was aligned with it, that's why he never quit and he put 100% effort into what he was doing.
This video explains it quite well and that's actually where I got the realizations above, and it changed my life needless to say:

Tim Grover said, "you don't have to love the work, you just have to crave the end result". But the end result can't be money alone, it has to be something bigger than that, it has to somehow connect to a self-actualization aspect. If you enjoy the industry you are in, you will be more driven to make it happen and you won't be driven by money alone.
