Hi everyone again,
Doing a quick follow-up here -- no AI fluff. I've been trying to be a problem seeker so I started jotting down annoyances, difficulties, or inconveniences I faced daily for a week. A common theme I had was supplements and wellness. 1 being having to take so many pills and 2 my graduate memory when I attended a Health Conference at UCLA. TL;DR supplements aren't strictly FDA regulated. So, whatever you're taking might not have anything in it. It made me wonder how much of what we take is real vs just marketing stuff
So, I want to learn from real people:
1) Do you take supplements? If yes, what made you take them?
If no, why not?
2) What you currently take and how do you decide which one to buy?
3) What do you not like about supplements or vitamin brands?
4) Do you ever question if they're actually working?
5) Do you trust supplement/vitamin companies?
6) Is there anything that confuses you about supplements?
7) What would you consider as a perfect supplement?
8) What would make you feel confident that what you’re taking is right for you?
9) Would you prefer one simple system, or choosing everything yourself?
10) If someone created a brand that was honest, clean, and simple, would that matter to you?
Again, I'm not pitching anything. I really just want to discover the issues around supplements or if this is an idea I should trash and move on.
