Hey Fastlane,
I’m building a B2B2C SaaS for aesthetic / wellness. Currently at MVP stage (usable as a beta).
I’m based between Hong Kong and London, and my initial go-to-market is Hong Kong (dense market, fast decision cycles, clinics already paying for software).
I’ve done early user interviews and light testing with a few clinics, but I’m now trying to answer two very practical questions:
Appreciate any hard-earned insights (and brutal honesty).
Thanks

I’ve done early user interviews and light testing with a few clinics, but I’m now trying to answer two very practical questions:
- What’s the best and free way to acquire beta users in Hong Kong for B2B SaaS?
- How would you approach monetisation during beta in this market?
- Paid beta vs discounted early access
- Setup fees + lower monthly
- Free beta → paid conversion
- Or charge immediately to filter the seriousness?
Appreciate any hard-earned insights (and brutal honesty).
Thanks
