I'm currently working on two internet projects but I'm constantly brainstorming about other ventures. I was thinking earlier today how easy it would be to take an already established concept and make it a niche for your area. I could market whatever concept I choose in my local paper and TV. I'm not quite sure what concept I want to choose though. We have one site in my county about real estate quotes and appraisals. We have a couple others about restaurant prices and info. Is this a good idea?
