I've made a course about sales and posted it on Udemy last week. I then sold the course on the phone one on one. I called and messaged everyone in my network. Udemy cares about watch time so I told them they have to watch the course till the end as soon as possible within this week so that Udemy Algorithm notices me and give me a review. I've sold 80 and will reach 100 pretty soon then leave it up for the algorithm and the high quality content to do the rest. I followed up with all of them to finish the course. Now the course is tagged as "Hot and New" and ranked 6th for the search term "sales skills" out of 10,000+ courses. Today I got 2 sales from India and Romania people I don't know. Do things that don't scale... especially at the beginning.
