So to keep things short I've had a web design degree since 2014, and went full stack dev in 2017 (ASP.NET).

I started my business study adventure in 2017. The millionaire fastlane was among one of my first reads along with the $100 startup which some may say is "unrealistic" in this day and age.

As AI continues to move on through the field, the need to shift to a specialization is going to be needed to "stay in place" in the industry.

Given this I've considered multiple "angles" on how to go about this.

One such venture was leveraging an ebay account I've built up over the years to run consignment for select items (fast sellers), with "competitive" rates generally %25-30 (which is common here) most of the people I run across just want a solution that "just works" so aside from some minor insurance costs, shipping insurance, packing supplies, a printer, tape, packing materials, and a small storage unit, and some "legal work" which is more the "risk management" side of things.

I've come to the conclusion that the earier things are to DIY for business owners they're going to cut corners. Truth is SEO is king, especially for local rankings, most people are going to whip out their phone and google what they want and the area they're in before anything else for necessities. I've noticed a lot of local business owners really dont have a "deep" feeling for their local economy, or its conditions. Even our local regional economic development center doesnt have refined data for infographics or market segment. In fact when I got my insurance license and was picking a focus I had to "get creative" but managed to find what I needed.

Not sure if this provides any value to you, but if theres one take away from this mess its "as AI continues to take over, finding a specialization thats harder to replicate." has been whats provided me with a steady cornerstone to build a business on. Especially in anticipation of changing technologies.
