As we all know a lot things do not happen as we refuse to leave our comfort zone, often its our own limiting beliefs that stop us from taking action as times.

As part of a mastermind group I am in we like to set ourselves comfort zone goals to help strengthen our mindset, I would like to share a few with you and would also like for you to share some on this thread.

Goals we have done in the past:
- Cold Showers
- Morning Runs
- Randomly cold call an old friend/colleague
- Talk to strangers when waiting in line at shop, dentist , visitors at work etc.
- Have that talk with a family member/ close friends you have always been meaning to have
- Attend a local event outside of your regular circle
