My IG page targets only people locally in my city + I have a budget to invest into getting followers.

My current Mass DM method costs me around $0.30-$0.50 per follower, but looking to get it down cheaper with another potential method

Haven't tried IG ads, but thought that would be expensive.

What is currently the most cost effective methods to get targeted followers?

I do have valuable and unique content which I post and it gets followers daily.

However, I want to get to my follower goal faster given I have a budget to invest into acquiring followers.

Get a spare phone and pay a local kid to use your IG on that phone to "like" other peoples photos for a few hours a day.

Post some pics of expensive cars.
Than like all the celebrities you get suggested. They will like back, when they see the expensive cars.
If than they are interested in your content, too, they will follow you.

Or post more content everywhere, or the IG content everywhere.
